But in the end, that doesn't matter to him. If he's going to block his attack, he's going to give him an attack that will rock the foundations of the earth around them. Because he's also confident that Luffy can handle an attack like that.
Luffy's Haki will tell him that there's not one, but two kicks coming his way- one spin turn kick to his stomach, and another comes as Vegeta uses his own momentum from the first spin to throw a second spin turn kick to Luffy's head. And these blows will be much harder than the last ones. Enough that the ground is starting to crack and give way beneath the two fighters from the energy he's exerting.
