[Action/Voice]: Training!

[Luffy is outside in a brand spankin new outfit. He has his left hand on his right shoulder and is winding his right arm in a clockwise motion.]

Yosh! Now I can get started! [He made sure he was in an open field for this so he wouldn't accidentally hit any of the houses or anything. He jumps up into the air and puts his thumb into his mouth.] Gear Third! [He bites down into it all the way to the bone before inhaling deeply and blowing air directly into the open wound which sends the air straight into his bones. This causes his hand to blow up like a big balloon which gives him the fist of a giant. Of course, him being able to do all of this is because he's rubber.] BONE BALLOON!

[However, the pirate captain finds that lifting it in Luceti is more difficult than it was back in his home world. After being sent home for a while he hadn't grown quite used to how heavy the giant fist was here, nor the power limit. He couldn't sling it around all willy nilly like he did normally.] GIGANT PISTO--

[He was intending to punch the ground with it. Ya know, part of his training and all, but his body begins to tilt in the direction of his giant fist] NNNGGGH! Come on come on-- [Try as he might it's too late. He's already pretty off balance at this point, and off balance + being in the air usually doesn't go so well. Which is why he's sent hurling into the ground with a loud thud. He lets out an exasperated breath.] Damn power limit..

[Voice]
[After training with that for a while he decided to get on the journals. His voice sounds light. Even more light than it usually is. And his appearance is very small. Probably around the height of a baby or a small child. Just to make it even more obvious, Luffy shrinks after using Gear Third!]

Oi, anyone wanna have one of those spar thingies? That's when you fight, but it's not really a fight right?

Oh, sure. Loads of them. There is finding the way to Monkey Island... escaping the jail on Phatt Island... going to Blood Island where my death was predicted... Oh! And that weird town where everyone is prisoners from different worlds and there's a barrier keeping them from escaping.

It does have monkeys, but I think the name comes from the giant stone monkey head that sits on the island.
