[Well Luffy’s been in the house a lot lately, and now it’s finally gotten to the point where he’s grown tired of it. So have a Luffy rocketing himself around Luceti which will probably end in him crashing into things, or possibly even people from the lack of control while doing this. Or maybe it could be that he’s just not caring that much about having control over where he goes right now. After the crap he’s had to put up with, it’s fun to just fly around for a bit. But still, he will TRY to avoid slamming into people if he can.]

[Have a loud yell through the journal, Nami. This will probably be after he's landed somewhere to rest for a second.]

[There's a phoenix made of orange flames flying across the sky in direction to the fountain. At least until a flying Luffy smashes into it, forcing it to make a crashing land. The flames vanish almost immediately as they collide, showing a not pleased Ikki.]

[Luffy lands by Ikki and starts rolling around, patting the flames out from crashing into him even though there isn't any.]

Devil's Fruit? No, I have no relation to any devil or demon. It's just part of the power of the Phoenix Saint in my world.

The Phoenix Saint is me. The bird is a secondary effect of me trying to teleport back to the village, it always manifests when I do that.

How do you teleport? Does the phoenix help you do it?

Any Saint can teleport in the same way. It's not an instant thing, just a fast way to travel between places, the phoenix flames appear every time I focus my Cosmos.
