[Well Luffy’s been in the house a lot lately, and now it’s finally gotten to the point where he’s grown tired of it. So have a Luffy rocketing himself around Luceti which will probably end in him crashing into things, or possibly even people from the lack of control while doing this. Or maybe it could be that he’s just not caring that much about having control over where he goes right now. After the crap he’s had to put up with, it’s fun to just fly around for a bit. But still, he will TRY to avoid slamming into people if he can.]

How? Well... You obviously won't have a ship here... What about a crew? You must have a crew. Even if they aren't here surely a pirate captain would just form another one while being here, right?

Anyway I bet there must be someone from your crew here. I mean, my world is quite big and full of people and the amount of people I know is reduced but there's one of my friends here. And not long ago there were two more, and we're just normal people. Pirates are more fascinating so logically there must be more here!
