HNNN. Those bastards really don't give up do they? And they always pick the worst times to bring me back!
[Luffy was wandering through the forest for the millionth-umnphtenth time since he first got here, mumbling to himself about how much he hates 'those bastards' and how he wanted to kick Mingo's ass. Well, at the very least The Straw Hat captain took some joy in getting the chance to see some old faces again! He actually wondered who was still here and how much time has past since his last abduction. Eventually, the rubber boy comes to a stop.]
...I wonder if they changed how the village looks.
[Actually, that would be cool right? Some revamps to the structure and what not? That thought actually made him pretty excited! So, instead of just walking like a normal person, Luffy is going to use his rubber powers to literally fling himself into town. Which will inevitably cause him to crash, slam into or break whatever he comes into contact with. Whether that's a bench, or a window, or a person. And when the dust settles, he will just be lying or sitting there with his arms crossed and a disgruntled look on his face.]
EHH!? So, they really didn't change this dump at all!? [He's more concerned about aesthetics than anything else. Don't worry whatever he broke or messed up will be fine! Eventually. In some way or another.]

Oi, guys! Since people always look so bored on the journals, I've been thinking about a new journal game! It's called VERSUS! You just pick two people from Luceti you want to see fight, and other people get to choose who they think'll win! It sounds really cool right!? Yosh, I'll start it!

Heheheheheheh. [He's laughing from behind the black fist, and gets a good grip on it.]
That's right! [He yells, as he starts to spin in circles, faster and faster, with the intent of giving Luffy a good ride before he throws him into the heavens. Well, at least high enough that Luffy can still breathe.]

Since he's going to be at a pretty disadvantage in the air, he is going to try to discourage Vegeta from following him as much as possible! So, he blows air into his second fist as well, giving him TWO huge black fists! The captain begins to punch towards the ground where Vegeta is (was?) And surprising, despite their size he can actually punch those things pretty fast. Fast enough to create after images even.]

The punches steadily begins to gather more momentum and right now his only plan is to try to stall Vegeta as much as he can, sending down a rain of giant fists at the man and creating large craters on the ground beneath them. He's not thinking about it right now, but later on he's going to hope that this place repairs itself over time still. Otherwise his crew is gonna kill him!]

Throwing a blast now wouldn't help either. It'll just explode in his face, even if it does hurt Luffy.
But even so, Luffy's bought himself even more time- but when Vegeta reaches him, he'll be flashing up and above Luffy's head, a double axe-hand strike coming down on his head unless he's got a plan!]

Dammit!! [Which is all he can say before Vegeta's attack slams into the back of his head and sends him flying fast towards the ground. When he lands, he makes a small crater of his own, dirt, and snow getting thrown everywhere. He gets up quickly though, breathing heavily as he lets the air out of his inflated limbs.
It's time for a change in tactics. He thinks about his conversation with Saori earlier about how Goku can use beams and what not and he gets an idea from it. He gets up off the ground and grabs his right arm at the bicep. He bends his knees and assumes the same stance Goku does when he's doing the Kamehameha.]

[He squeezes his bicep tightly and uses his arm as a blood pump just like he did for his legs, but he's pumping the blood at a much faster than he did before.]
TURTLE--!!!
[Steam begins to erupt from his arm as his skin starts to turn a much redder color from just the amount of heat that's flowing through it. He cocks back a punch as if he was throwing a baseball, and sends an elongated fist flying towards Vegeta so fast that his glowing red arm almost looks like he fired a red beam of energy.]

He starts a slow descent down, keeping his senses open and trying to see if he'd gotten back up after a strike like that. Foolish boy, who does he think he is! But no matter, Vegeta will make sure that he enjoys this.]

How did he learn it so quickly? Does he truly have the capability of a Saiyan, to learn such an attack? How long has this kid been practicing, keeping this from him the entire battle?!]

Out of sight, it takes him a good bit to compose himself and stop his ascent into the upper atmosphere, breathing hard and gritting his teeth with rage. It hurts, it hurts a lot. He's going to get Luffy back, he swears it...]

He can't believe it, he actually did it. That was... the-- ok he forgot the real name of the attack. He knew it had something to do with turtles and waves. So he just kinda made something up. But he did it!! He fired a "beam"! And it was at this moment that he felt he was catching up to Goku one step at a time.]

Out of anger and spite, his hands start to glow with a familiar light, a vein popping out of his forehead as he grits his teeth. Blue energy flares out once again, with a intensity far beyond what Luffy has seen thus far.
And that's when his hands move back and forth rapidly, letting a flurry of blasts fly towards the ground.
The sky suddenly glows bright with energy, looking as if the planet itself might of gained several dozen small suns that hang in the sky. There's no sound that can be heard from the ground, but these suns are starting to get larger. And larger. Very quickly too, until they almost blot out the area where Luffy is standing.
It's a rain of blasts centered on the crater, and as they hit, the ground explodes with the impact, covering a large area. The blasts rock the ground, shaking the entire Luceti area with small earthquakes, a blinding light radiating out from the epicenter of the area.
Okay he went a little overboard but he's mad.]

[WHOA WHERE DID-- That guy is still AWAKE AFTER THAT? But that was one of his hardest non-Gear Third hits he could muster up. And right now he was starting to feel a little drained. There's no where to run from the blasts so he has to take them all to the face, making a very loud yelp noise from the impacts.
Luckily he is rubber so it DOES help with tanking explosive hits a little, but it still hurts like hell! In the end, he's going to be in a giant crater-- still conscious thankfully, but lying on his back face up and breathing heavily. Dammit, in the midst of battle he forgot these guys could also do stuff like this. He wasn't prepared for that at all!]
