Do you know a girl named Terra? Kefka killed her and one of my friends reacted in the same way.

Luffy was almost feeling like he was turning a blind eye to a bad guy... which is what he was kind of doing at this point. Damn his friends and making himsee things logically. [She Luffy, Celes is most definitely a girl.]

We haven't been able to locate him. He is able to use illusions and can teleport just like I can, so it is very hard to locate him.

That doesn't mean we are doing nothing, there are plans to locate him.

But what do you know of these other two? It would be good to know something of them, especially if either decides to ally with Kefka. [Scary thought actually.]

[Oh, FFFFF. Luffy wasn't thinking about Celes there. He was thinking mostly about himself because he was going to fight Kefka but his crew stopped him before he could, and told him to calm down for now. Sooo he feels like he's turning a blind eye to a criminal. He knows Celes is a girl though!]

Another teleporting guy?

The guy with the long blond braid can teleport too. And wears black I think. I don't know who attacked Nami though...

[Ah, my misunderstanding then, thought it was a comment about the people from Celes' world turning a blind eye, which they haven't, they just have been quiet lately.]

There are actually a good number in Luceti who can teleport, many are not at all bad. Terra and I can teleport also and I know of a few others who have such abilities.

Well, someone who wears black and has a long blond braid should be easy enough to keep an eye out for. I might have to ask Nami about that person when she's doing better. Does she need any assistance by the way? I know healing magic that could be of use.

Nah, a friend of ours is a doctor so she'll be okay in a few days.

I don't know about other worlds, but the magic I use is more meant for traveling. The most common use of the spell is to quickly get yourself and your friends out of a dangerous situation.

Theoretically it should be, if my friends and I actually had our magicite with us. Since we don't, none of us can learn new magic except through the spirits.
