[So sometime after this Luffy is going to go find his journal and camp out on a branch up in a tree for a bit so he can make an entry. The feed will be a little obscure until he’s actually able to flip the journal around the correct way.]

There we go. Oi, guys! It’s me, I’m back again! And I had the strangest time back home too. I had to fight this weird clown guy and-- ahh, I’ll tell you later! Anyway, did I miss anything? I haven’t been gone for years or something right? [And he let’s out a chuckle.] I can’t imagine how awkward that’d be...

Oh, yeah! So I need some major help with something. How do you enter into school? I want to learn this really cool thing, but I’m gonna need school to do it. I only need to know math and science though. I don’t need all that other stuff, so do I just talk to Raine, or can I walk in one day?

[And with that, he'll close the journal and wait for replies! If anyone needs him, he's going to be at the dressing room for a while so he can get his clothes back! And after that point he's going to walk back to the Strawhat house, so feel free to catch him at any point!]

[A bright blush colors her cheeks, even more than usual, and she squeaks.]

I can't!

[And shuts off the feed.]

WHA-- WEAKYHOSHI!?

[When did you get here? The feed suddenly cutting off surprises him though. Did she just get here? Maybe she was too scared to talk to him? Siiiigh. He better go find her before she freaks out too much

He's going to search throughout the town looking for her. He's using Haki, but he's not sure if he's going to actually NEED it or not. Giant mermaid and all. If that doesn't work he'll check the beach to see if she's in the ocean since the village might be too tiny for her. Then again he doesn't know about her smaller form.]]

[She'll be waiting kind of by the teleporter, since she can't bring herself to open up the journal again, but hopes he'll come looking for her. If he knows her, he'll come, right? It's the most obvious place for a mermaid...

As time passes, though, she starts to lose hope. He probably doesn't remember her. She gulps air like a backwards hiccup, feeling her body ramping up for a cry and fighting it by trying to relax. It's okay, right? Like Robin-sama said, they can just get to know each other all over again. This time she won't be as big of a crybaby, so maybe he won't call her Coward.

But then he also wouldn't call her Weakahoshi, and she'd earned that, strange as it was.

Shirahoshi fiddles with her journal a little, trying to distract herself, then gives the beach one last glance each direction. She sighs, dejected, and turns to slip back into the ocean waves.]

[Luffy will probably arrive just in the nick of time right as she's about to slip back into the ocean. He's slightly out of breath from all the running though.]

Weakahoshi!! There you are! Geez, why did you rush off the journal like that for? If it wasn't for Haki, I would've never made it here in time!

[He does, indeed, arrive just as she was setting her arms into the waves to slide the rest of her body out to deeper waters. She stops and looks over her shoulder at the sound of his voice, then a big, bright smile spreads across her face.]

Luffy-sama! You remembered me!

Of course I do! What were you doing being all evasive for huh?

[Even if he had to go home to remember but whatever!]

I must've just missed you when I went home. When did you get here?

Um, well, Luffy-sama, that is...

S- some people didn't remember me and I was so worried that you wouldn't either. Um. I must have gotten here just after you left. That's what Namichin-sama said, anyway.

Oooh, so that's how it is...

[He gets it now.]

I guess it's a good thing we missed each other then. If you had come any sooner, I really wouldn't have remembered you...

B- but why? I thought it was usually the other way around... you forget people after it's been a longer time, not a shorter time.

Oh, boy. Well you see, things here are pretty complicated. Sometimes a short time could really be a long time. And sometimes no time, is more time than you think.

And then there's these "timelines" and "different worlds" and-- ahh, these kinda things go to a whole 'nother level, Weakahoshi. I've been here for years so I know a lot but all this is gonna fly right over your head... [Because he's an expert at this kind of stuff.]

[Shirahoshi slides back up onto the beach, leaning down on her elbows in order to converse better.]

I'll bet that must have been hard, staying here for so long.

For a while it was hard. When I first got here, I was the only one from my world for a long time. It took a year before Nami finally arrive.
