[So sometime after this Luffy is going to go find his journal and camp out on a branch up in a tree for a bit so he can make an entry. The feed will be a little obscure until he’s actually able to flip the journal around the correct way.]

Oh, yeah! So I need some major help with something. How do you enter into school? I want to learn this really cool thing, but I’m gonna need school to do it. I only need to know math and science though. I don’t need all that other stuff, so do I just talk to Raine, or can I walk in one day?

I used to have those... all the time. Of you, of the crew. [He'll pause for a second as he takes off his hat and looks at it for a minute. He remembers when Ace's Vivre Card was in here.] I don't know how you just get over them, but... they go away a while. At least they did for me.

[He feels a pang of guilt at hearing of Luffy's own nightmares, but a part of him isn't that surprised. He'd had the exact same kind as Luffy. While Luffy's hat is off, Ace pats his brother's head, rubbing it a little.]

... I'm sorry you had to, Luffy. [He wouldn't have chosen to die in front of him like that.] It takes time, but they'll stop. I've barely had any lately.

It's not really like I try to think about this stuff. Hell, living with Marco and Sabo is a surefire way to keep my mind off things like that. But sometimes they just sort of... come.

[It shouldn't take them too long to get there hopefully. And when they do he's going to close the door behind them. Thankfully no ones really there at the moment.]
