[Voice/Action]: Friends need to stop getting owned
[Well after everything that has been happening as of late, Luffy has been thinking. A lot. Well maybe not a LOT LOT cause thinking too much would give him a fever, but ya know. A moderate amount. And while he wants to get stronger to protect everyone and free everyone from this prison, he can’t seem to do that without his friends getting hurt, or beat up. He can’t possibly watch all of them all the time. And if he could, he couldn't train.
Normally what he would do is just beat up the main bad guy, but here there are a lot of main bad guys. And they can teleport away. He can't kick their asses if they do that. While a good piece of his friends are fighters, the rest just kinda aren't. Or altleast not strong enough to fight against any of the opponents that he's faced here. He flips open his journal and starts to make an entry.
Oh, Luffy is on top of Community Building 6 too by the way. No particular reason, aside from the fact that it's not a lot of stuff there and not too many buildings and all that. Luffy can't think at all with distractions.]
[Locked away from the Strawhats, and all of his friends except Adell, Flynn, Nel, Moro, Ichigo, and Vash //7% unhackable Re-filtered to 90% unhackable]
Oi.
How do you protect your naka-- [Oh right. Almost forgot no one here knows that word 8|] --friends... when there's a lot of 'em?

You can go in whatever order you want.

Everyone needs to be able to work as part of a team. The idea here is everyone has an assigned job, and things only work if everyone is willing to do their own assignment. Can she cooperate like that?
[Action]
Nah, she would hate working with anyone except her daughter.
[Action]
[Action]
...
Oi, can you make it so I handle all the really really strong guys?
[Action]
Even so, he's jotting down the names, but stops, eyes widening, at the last of them.]
Ehh? Nami-san is one of your crew?!
[Action]
[Action]
[Action]
Commodore? Nope, she's a pirate!

Luffy-kun... [More serious voice now. Neutral, but serious.] What kind of person are you? I came to help because you said you wanted to protect people.
...But that isn't something pirates are much in the business of doing.
[So says the assassin. orz]

[Action]
N-nothing... I don't think... But. [Confused boy is CONFUSED. He'd had an argument a minute ago, but Luffy was right, wasn't he?]
...Sorry.
[Action]
[Action]
Anyway... if that's everyone, then the next thing needed is what everyone is good at. And, just as importantly, what everyone's vulnerabilities are. The reason for this is because by knowing, we can place people so that the strengths of one will check the weaknesses of another. Which makes the risk of our side getting hurt as small as possible.
For example, I'm a long-range fighter most valuable sniping. I'll do you more good guarding the backs of the close-range fighters from a rooftop than I will do fighting on the front line.
[Action]
Usopp's like that! He's my crew's sniper!
[Action]
Yes, so you don't want him two feet away from the enemy; twenty feet or fifty feet is better for him, right?
[Action]
Yeah! A sniper isn't any good if he's up close. [--wait... OOOOHHH]
Oh, I think I get it now! This'll be easy if that's all you need to know!
[Action]
That's what we're going to do with everyone: figure out where everyone needs to be to fight at their best, and how we can work together to keep each other safe.
So: how do you fight?
[Action]
[Action]
[Action]
I think I run pretty fast... And I can usually dodge stuff.
[A grin will come across his face with that last question] They're really strong!
[Action]
...What kind of attack or fighter gives you the most difficulty?
