[So sometime after this Luffy is going to go find his journal and camp out on a branch up in a tree for a bit so he can make an entry. The feed will be a little obscure until he’s actually able to flip the journal around the correct way.]

There we go. Oi, guys! It’s me, I’m back again! And I had the strangest time back home too. I had to fight this weird clown guy and-- ahh, I’ll tell you later! Anyway, did I miss anything? I haven’t been gone for years or something right? [And he let’s out a chuckle.] I can’t imagine how awkward that’d be...

Oh, yeah! So I need some major help with something. How do you enter into school? I want to learn this really cool thing, but I’m gonna need school to do it. I only need to know math and science though. I don’t need all that other stuff, so do I just talk to Raine, or can I walk in one day?

[And with that, he'll close the journal and wait for replies! If anyone needs him, he's going to be at the dressing room for a while so he can get his clothes back! And after that point he's going to walk back to the Strawhat house, so feel free to catch him at any point!]

[Those few words just made Ace far happier than he ever thought he could be. He made it. He always knew Luffy would make it, but to be able to hear that is the biggest relief in the world. And actually hearing it from his little brother made him so unbelievably proud. But at the same time, it's bittersweet. He can only ever hear about this stuff when Luffy leaves, and then comes back. It's a little saddening to know he'll only ever hear about it, and not actually see it. But that's the way things are now, and being able to at least know about it means something.] That's great, Luffy! I knew you'd make it! I'm so damn proud of you!

[He could say a lot more, but that's enough gushing for now. AND THEN THERE'S THE. MEAT THING.] Maybe you should ask him more about how you can do stuff to meat.

Hah, well it took forever, but I think we're all ready to push forward. I'll tell you about everything that's been happening later!

[He's coming out of one of the dressing rooms actually! Wrapping his sash around himself. He'll wave when he sees Ace.]

[When Ace sees Luffy, he gives him a wave, as well as a bright smile, and walks on over to him.]

Hey, Luffy! [Don't mind your bro giving you a hug there. Man, he missed you.] Glad to see you back.

[Okay, now Luceti feels complete again. Ace laughs along with him, breaking the hug to pat him on the back.]

[... wait a second. Luffy was twenty-three before. But since he left....] Hey, if you went back, does this mean you're nineteen again? [And that he's the oldest again? :D]

Saying I'm nineteen again after going home is like saying the time I spent in Luceti doesn't count. And no matter what, it still counts. I've been here almost four years, no way am I going back to being nineteen!

I used to have those... all the time. Of you, of the crew. [He'll pause for a second as he takes off his hat and looks at it for a minute. He remembers when Ace's Vivre Card was in here.] I don't know how you just get over them, but... they go away a while. At least they did for me.

[He feels a pang of guilt at hearing of Luffy's own nightmares, but a part of him isn't that surprised. He'd had the exact same kind as Luffy. While Luffy's hat is off, Ace pats his brother's head, rubbing it a little.]

... I'm sorry you had to, Luffy. [He wouldn't have chosen to die in front of him like that.] It takes time, but they'll stop. I've barely had any lately.
